Mats Gymnastics offers gymnastics, breaking, dance, acro, and cheer, along with studio rentals. The program takes place in a gymnastics and dance studio that includes a variety of equipment for these activities.
• Ages: 5–18 years old
Mats Gymnastics states that it welcomes students of any age, shape, size, gender identity, and nationality, and accepts students with no experience or a lifetime of experience. The facility includes a 40’ x 40’ tumbling floor, an 8’ x 12’ trampoline, a mini trampoline, balance beams, uneven bars, parallel bars, rings, a peg board, a spotting belt and harness, a free weight area, and a dance studio. The program describes a focus on community and belonging, confidence building, social skills, individuality, self-expression, and the competitive spirit. Gym rental is available, and there is an option to apply to be a recurring or guest instructor.
