Mind Over Matter Gymnastics

Mind Over Matter Gymnastics is a mobile gymnastics program that brings gymnastics circuits and stations to children using equipment that can be set up almost anywhere. The program includes at-home gymnastics, private gymnastics lessons, friend gymnastics classes, 8-week fitness enrichment programs at schools, games, and birthday party gymnastics-themed parties. Kids practice basic gymnastics fundamentals such as cartwheels, flips, forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, bridges, walkovers, and work on balance, coordination, gross motor skills, fine motor skills, and hand-eye coordination.

Mind Over Matter Gymnastics uses gymnastics circuits and stations tailored to fit the needs of each child to teach basic gymnastics fundamentals and, over time through consistency, shows improvements in overall fitness and strength. At preschools, the program uses gymnastics circuits, props, and games to teach gross motor skills such as balance, coordination, and strength, along with fine motor skills. At elementary schools, the program focuses on building strong bodies and strong minds week after week, with strong minds built through gaining confidence, bravery, and a positive mindset during every class. The program also offers birthday party packages for kids turning 3–10 years old that include 60 minutes of non-stop gymnastics, fun, fitness, and games for up to 12 friends (16 guests total), with personalized parties that include engaging activities, thrilling games, and skilled coaches.

Mind Over Matter Gymnastics offers mindset performance coaching and mental performance coaching for athletes ages 8 and up, with mental performance coaches working one on one or in groups on focus, confidence, motivation, trust, and managing expectations. The program serves areas including Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Culver City, Los Angeles, Mar Vista, Marina Del Rey, Northridge, Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, Westwood, Henrico, Richmond, Short Pump, and Tuckahoe, and has served or is serving schools such as Culver City Christian School, Kidsville USA, Language Garden Preschool, Palisades Preschool, Santa Monica Montessori, Short Ave Elementary, and Tashbar Elementary. The program operates as Mind Over Matter Gymnastics LLC as of 2026.
