Mind Over Matter Gymnastics offers at home gymnastics classes for ages 18 months to 12 years, friend classes for ages 18 months to 12 years, preschool programs for ages 18 months to 5 years, and elementary school programs for kindergarten through 5th grade. It also offers birthday parties for kids turning 3 to 10 years old and mindset performance coaching for ages 8 and up.
Programs
- At Home Gymnastics — Ages 18 months-12 yrs · 30-60 minute class; 1-2 kids.
- Friend Class — Ages 18 months-12 yrs · 45-60 minute class; 3-14 kids.
- Preschool Programs — Ages 18 months-5 yrs · 1 class/week · 30-60 minute class; minimum of 6 kids.
- Elementary School Programs — K-5 grade · 1 class/week · 60 minute class; minimum of 6 kids; enrichment or after-school program.
- Birthday Parties — Kids turning 3-10 years old · 60 minutes; packages include up to 12 friends (16 guests max total).
- Mindset Performance Coaching — Ages 8+ · 1 hr. sessions; private or group sessions.
