About
RAZ Land offers day camps, after-school classes, and other classes that include ceramics, figure sculpting, drawing, oil painting, mixed media, bookmaking, gilding, egg tempera, milk painting, and woodworking. The program also hosts birthday parties and provides open studio art sessions for adults. RAZ Land includes activities for both children and adults within the same cultural art studio setting.

RAZ Land operates as RAZ Land LLC (also known as Robertson Art Zone) and has been in operation since 2018. The studio was opened on December 9, 2018, by founder and creative director Yael Lichaa. Yael earned a BA in Biology from Temple University in Philadelphia, studied painting and sculpture at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, and earned a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education in 2008. The leadership team also includes veteran arts educator David Woodland and artist, curator, art educator, and certified yoga instructor Lily Coyl. The program describes its mission as transforming lives through art and storytelling, fostering creativity, self-expression, and connection through art for children and adults, and using art as a healing modality and a practice of attunement to greater love and the light of the creator.
