All-Pro Tae Kwon Do Academy offers training in traditional Tae Kwon Do (ITF), modern Tae Kwon Do (WTF), Muay Thai (Thai Boxing), Boxing, Kickboxing, Cardio Kickboxing, Self-Defense classes, and karate. The academy focuses on simple, easy-to-follow moves rather than fancy dance routines and offers a comprehensive karate program for adults, teens, pre-teens, and children ages 3 and up.
