Los Gatos Ballet Youth Program

Los Gatos Ballet Youth Program offers dance training and performances for young dancers. The program also includes Pilates Apparatus classes and Pilates Mat classes as part of its training options.

Founded in 2005, Los Gatos Ballet Foundation is a non-profit organization. Its Mission is to inspire and cultivate appreciation and love of dance by providing quality educational and training programs, superb performances, and collaboration with other arts organizations. The Youth Program is an enrollment-based program for ages 4 to pre-professional and supports dancers in their physical, mental, artistic and emotional development, with dancers learning to pattern awareness, resilience, and excellence on the road to self-mastery. Los Gatos Ballet is described as a pre-professional training program of the highest caliber and is dedicated to the art of self-mastery.

Pilates instructors in the program are certified Pilates instructors, and the Pilates staff are movement and dance professionals who have spent their careers studying alignment, coordination and integration. Private and Semi-Private Pilates classes are provided in a boutique setting, and the Pilates Apparatus studio is equipped with a Trapeze Table, Wall Units, Reformers and Chairs.
