About
Los Gatos Ballet Youth Program offers dance training for young dancers. The program also connects to drop-in dance classes, as well as Pilates Apparatus classes and Pilates Mat classes. Pilates classes are available in a boutique setting with private and semi-private options that use spring-resistive equipment such as a Trapeze Table, Wall Units, Reformers and Chairs.

Founded in 2005, Los Gatos Ballet Foundation is a non-profit organization and a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Los Gatos Ballet Foundation has a mission to inspire and cultivate appreciation and love of dance by providing quality educational and training programs, superb performances, and collaboration with other arts organizations. The Youth Program is an enrollment-based program for ages 4 to pre-professional, and Los Gatos Ballet is described as a pre-professional training program of the highest caliber. Youth Program training uses a holistic approach that supports and challenges dancers in their physical, mental, artistic and emotional development, and through training, performance, and wellness programs, dancers learn to pattern awareness, resilience, and excellence on the road to self-mastery.
Los Gatos Ballet collaborates with other arts organizations and describes Building Community through Dance as an impactful way to cultivate meaningful connections and promote inclusivity. Pilates instructors at Los Gatos Ballet are certified Pilates instructors, and the Pilates staff are movement and dance professionals who have spent their careers studying alignment, coordination and integration. The Pilates Apparatus studio is equipped with sprung floors, a marley surface and mirrored walls, and is set up with Trapeze Table, Wall Units, Reformers and Chairs. Los Gatos Ballet has four state-of-the-art studios with sprung floors, dance-specific marley surface, mirrored walls and high-end sound systems, as well as a Pilates apparatus studio.
The Drop In Program offers all levels of dance training for teens and adults in a drop-in format, and high-quality performance opportunities are offered through the Drop In Program through an audition process.
