Los Gatos Elite offers gymnastics-based fitness, girls and boys gymnastics, ninja zone, aerial arts, and both XCel and developmental programs for competitive gymnasts. The program also hosts birthday parties and runs the Power Players program, which provides jobs for teens. The facility includes a special viewing area for parents on the first floor.

Kristina Williams founded Los Gatos Elite in 2019 with a mission to impact children's lives through sport, and she has over 25 years of coaching experience, Regional and State Championship titles, and nationally recognized gymnasts in her background. The leadership team includes roles such as Owner and Founder, Site Managers, Program Directors for Girls Gymnastics, Ninja Zone, FUNdamentals, Aerial Arts, Xcel, and Developmental Programs, as well as office staff and a Birthday Party Coordinator. Los Gatos Elite uses the LGE Standard of five core values: Respect, Encouragement, Grit, Incessant Improvement, and Kindness, and it offers a HUGS program for children with special needs and jobs for teens through the Power Players program. One parent review describes the coaches as very nice, notes that they make it fun and exciting for the kids, and highlights the inclusiveness and the HUGS program for children with special needs.
