Los Gatos Elite offers circus feats, ninja activities, gymnastics-based fitness, girls and boys gymnastics, ninja zone, aerial arts, and competitive gymnastics. The program also hosts birthday parties and runs a Power Players program that provides jobs for teens. The facility is described as a very well equipped gymnastics center with a special viewing area for parents on the first floor.

Kristina Williams founded Los Gatos Elite in 2019 with a single mission: to impact children's lives through sport. She has over 25 years of coaching experience, Regional and State Championship titles, and nationally recognized gymnasts. Los Gatos Elite is a registered trademark of K&C Williams Inc.
The leadership team includes Kristina Williams (Owner and Founder), site managers Laura Zimniski and Carlo Epps, senior directors Cody Young and Jane Johner, and program directors for Girls Gymnastics and Ninja Zone (Skyler Yu), FUNdamentals (Larissa Wiegand), Aerial Arts (Kelsey na Gealaí), Xcel (Josh Ogawa), and the Developmental Program (Judy Zhou and Paul Duron). Additional staff roles include Birthday Party Coordinator (Mia Vierhus), Office Manager (Tammy Visperas), Assistant Office Manager (Kainoa Andry), and Office Assistant Manager (Sarai Navarro-Perez).
Los Gatos Elite highlights the “LGE Standard,” which lists five core values: Respect, Encouragement, Grit, Incessant Improvement, and Kindness. Programs include high-flying circus feats and ninja thrills summer camps, exclusive Xcel and Future Team camps for invited competitive athletes, a gymnastics-based fitness program, boys-focused gymnastics on floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and horizontal bar, and a ninja zone that blends gymnastics, parkour, and martial arts with flips, rolls, jumps, and kicks. The aerial arts program covers basic to advanced movements, and Xcel and Developmental programs are available for competitive gymnasts. Los Gatos Elite also offers a HUGS program for children with special needs and a Power Players program for teens to gain work experience and earn money while learning about coaching in a fun and exciting environment.
