Summer Camp-In at Great Wolf Lodge includes outdoor pool parties, arts and crafts, games, story time, dance parties, character meet-and-greets, arcade time, and MagiQuest. The program features specific activities such as the Splash & Dance Pool Party, Summer Camp-In Jamboree, Trailblazer Challenge, Summer Camp-In Arts & Crafts, Summertime Games, Adventures of the Great Wolf Pack, Hula Hoop Competition, and Limbo. During Summer Camp-In, families also have access to an indoor water park kept at 84 degrees year-round.

Summer Camp-In is described as an annual celebration of summer called Summer Camp-In, with events included with every stay that may vary by lodge. Indoor water park access is included with a stay, and Great Wolf Lodge is described as North America's largest family of indoor water park resorts. Families can choose attraction passes such as the Wolf Pass, Paw Pass, and Pup Pass, which include access to attractions, games at Northern Lights Arcade, MagiQuest, treats, and take-home souvenirs. The Magi-Cal Adventure package is available, during which the lodge transforms into a magical realm for MagiQuest. Additional options include themed suites, attractions, daily events, dining options, complimentary daily activities under one roof, indoor cabana rentals inside the water park, and Day Pass and Half Day Pass options at most lodges to enjoy water slides and pools.
Recommended items to pack for Summer Camp-In include a swimsuit or cover-up, a plastic bag to carry wet suits home, swim goggles, earplugs, flip flops, aqua socks, a waterproof watch, exercise clothing, reading materials, and warm pajamas or slippers to wear to Story Time. Towels are provided in the water park area, and guests who are not swimming may want comfortable clothing for the 84-degree water park area. During Summer Camp-In, the lodge offers themed drinks including cocktails for adults and mocktails for children, along with a new summer menu that lists items such as Garlic Herb Roasted Prime Rib Night, Salmon & Avocado Summer Salad, Hot Honey Double Pepperoni Pizza, Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings, Mega Bacon BBQ Burger, Ranch Chicken Popcorn, Cotton Candy Milkshake, Strawberry Shortcake Cup, and Strawberries & Cream Funnel Cake Fries.
