925 Jiu Jitsu Kids Program

The 925 Jiu Jitsu Kids Program introduces children to Jiu Jitsu, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and other martial arts. Classes include self-defense training and body functional warm-ups as part of the regular practice. The program is part of a premium Jiu-Jitsu academy for the whole family and follows level-specific curricula for students from beginners to competitors. The Kids Program is designed to instill respect, self-confidence, and discipline, while promoting physical fitness, mental resilience, and valuable life skills through Jiu Jitsu.

The 925 Jiu Jitsu Kids Program takes place at 925 Jiu Jitsu, which offers a first class curriculum in a friendly, safe, and clean environment. 925 Jiu Jitsu is the home of Six Blades Jiu-Jitsu Martinez, which is part of the Six Blades Jiu-Jitsu Association founded in 2020. The association was founded under 6th degree black belt IBJJF Hall-of-Famer and 7-time World Champion Alexandre “Xande” Ribeiro. The mission of the Six Blades Jiu-Jitsu Association is to provide a place where students can learn safety, health, empowerment, and fitness through the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The association centers its training philosophy around the values and morals in the Six Blades code: Family, Respect, Honor, Loyalty, Attitude, and Discipline, and these blades represent core values that students are taught to demonstrate on and off the mat. Being part of the Six Blades family connects students to a network that includes affiliate academies in over 12 countries.

The leadership team at 925 Jiu Jitsu includes Erico Monteiro (Black Belt, 3rd degree), Ed Juarez (Black Belt, 1st degree), Jose Rivera (Black Belt, 1st degree), Mike Reed (Black Belt), Kawika Watts (Black Belt), and Rodrigo Souza (Black Belt).
