About
Rally Camps is a multi-sport summer camp where campers rotate through activities such as basketball, soccer, baseball, tennis, and floor hockey. The program also includes other sports, games, and recreational activities, with a focus on keeping kids moving and eliminating screen time. Every week of Rally Camps is different, and campers work to earn awards for effort and leadership.

Rally Camps is a multi-sport summer camp for boys and girls in Pre-K to rising 8th grade. The stated goal of the program is to teach indelible life skills and foster fun experiences through sports and other activities during the times that children are out of school. Rally Camps offers an option for early pick-up or late drop-off and uses a digital attendance platform to ensure an authorized grown-up picks up each child. The program has a zero-tolerance policy for any activities that may put campers at risk physically or emotionally, and staff conduct regular safety checks and inspections of grounds, facilities, and equipment.
Each Rally Camp site has a trained medical staff member, such as an EMT, Paramedic, or Nurse, on-site for the duration of the camp day, and staff complete ongoing training on safety protocols and procedures. Rally focuses on hiring professional educators with experience in child management and development. The leadership team includes Kevin Hoover, Chief Executive Officer; Katherine Rothschild, Chief of Staff; Madi Earnshaw, Director, Operations & Marketing; and Chris Evans, General Manager, Rally Day Camps. Chris Evans holds a BA in English and History from UC Irvine, a Masters in Education Organization and Leadership from the University of Illinois, USATF Level II Certification Endurance Athletes, and USATF Special Certification Cross-Country Coach. Katherine Rothschild holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and has worked in the hospitality industry since the age of 14. Madi Earnshaw holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of San Diego and is working toward a Masters in Business Administration.
Rally was founded in 2012 and has operated programs for numerous professional sports teams for over 10 years. Rally Enterprises operates the official summer camp programs of the San Francisco Giants, San Diego Padres, Los Angeles Angels, and New York Mets in each team’s home market, as well as Rally Day Camps. Kevin Hoover serves as the Education Chair on the board of the California Collaboration for Youth and as an athletic board member at Fordham University, and Kevin and his wife, Laura, are active members of several organizations that serve underprivileged youth and focus on safety and growth.
