Rally Camps offers a variety of sports activities for children, including basketball, soccer, baseball, tennis, and floor hockey. The program is designed to engage children in these sports during times when they are not in school.

Rally Camps was founded in 2012 with a mission to teach indelible life skills and foster fun experiences through sports and other activities. The leadership team includes Kevin Hoover as Chief Executive Officer, Katherine Rothschild as Chief of Staff, Madi Earnshaw as Director of Operations & Marketing, and Chris Evans as General Manager of Rally Day Camps. The program employs professional educators with deep experience in child management and development. It also features a zero-tolerance policy for any activities that may put campers at risk and ensures a trained medical staff member is on-site. Kevin Hoover contributes to the community by serving as the Education Chair on the board of the California Collaboration for Youth.
