In Motion Dance Center

In Motion Dance Center offers dance classes that include Acro, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Combo Programs, and Musical Theatre. Dancers also take part in seasonal performances and competitions held through the program. Classes take place at the In Motion Dance Center studio.

• Ages: 2–18 years old

In Motion Dance Center is led by owner Cynthia Berning, who will celebrate her first year in Northern California as the owner of the studio in August. The instructors at In Motion Dance Center are described as highly skilled and passionate about helping each dancer achieve their full potential. The program offers more than 100 weekly classes in 12 different styles and genres and offers competitive teams for dancers who want a more serious experience. In Motion Dance Center states that it strives to provide quality dance classes for dancers of all ages and levels, along with resources to help each dancer be their personal best in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. In Motion Dance Center was voted Best in the Bay Area by Bay Area Parent, receiving the Gold award. Dancers from In Motion Dance Center have also danced and walked through downtown Martinez in the annual 4th of July parade.
