In Motion Dance Center

In Motion Dance Center offers Tiny Movers for ages 2.5–4, Mini Movers for ages 4.5–6, and Jr Combo for ages 5.5–7. It also offers Acro-Tumbling, Ballet, Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Stretch and Strength, Turns and Leaps, and Competitive Teams.

Programs

• Tiny Movers — 2.5–4 years old · A fun and creative class that will keep the youngest dancers engaged with the goal to instill a love for dance in every child.
• Mini Movers — Ages 4.5-6 · Exhilarating hip-hop, jazz, ballet and tumbling for your kindergartner.
• Jr Combo — 5.5-7
• Acro-Tumbling — An acrobatics/tumbling dance class that combines acrobatics with dance. Dancers learn foundational tumbling skills and progressions, with emphasis on proper technique, body alignment, and safety.
• Ballet — A ballet dance class focused on foundational technique, discipline, artistry, musicality, expression, flexibility, core strength, and body awareness.
• Competitive Teams — Nationally competitive and award winning competition team for dancers looking to be more seriously committed.
• Contemporary — A contemporary dance class that blends ballet, modern, and jazz into a fluid, dynamic style with emphasis on storytelling and personal expression.
• Hip-Hop — A high-energy hip hop class emphasizing grooves, musicality, coordination, performance quality, creativity, attitude, and self-expression.
• Jazz — A high-energy, technique-driven jazz dance class focusing on strength, flexibility, coordination, precision, kicks, turns, leaps, and isolations.
• Musical Theatre — A class that teaches performance, basic theater techniques, character development, and facial variations to accompany Broadway dance skills.
• Stretch and Strength — A class that weaves together dance, functional fitness, and mindful movement to help develop coordination, core strength, and body awareness.
• Turns and Leaps — An innovative technique class that incorporates a combination of turns, jumps, and tricks designed to increase technical ability.
