In Motion Dance Center

In Motion Dance Center offers dance classes in acrobatics, contemporary, hip hop, combo programs, and musical theatre. Dancers also take part in seasonal performances and competitions at In Motion Dance Center studio.

• Schedule: Registration for the 2026-2027 Season opens Monday 7/13 at 8am.

In Motion Dance Center offers more than 100 weekly classes in 12 different styles and genres, including competitive teams for dancers who want to compete. Instructors are described as highly skilled and passionate about helping each dancer achieve their full potential. The studio is owned by Cynthia Berning, who will celebrate her first year in Northern California as the owner of In Motion Dance Center in August. The program states that it strives to provide quality dance classes for dancers of all ages and levels, along with resources for dancers to be their personal best in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. In Motion Dance Center was voted best in the Bay Area by Bay Area Parent, receiving a Gold award. In Motion Dance Center dancers also danced and walked through downtown Martinez in the annual 4th of July parade.
