Phoenix Swim Academy offers swimming lessons that include a parent & me group class, private lessons, semi-private lessons, adaptive aquatics, swim team prep, military prep, and competitive swim training. Lessons take place in 90° UV filtered/salt water pools that use a student-led curriculum with a relationship-driven, emotionally supportive, non–fear-based teaching approach focused on trust, not trauma. Instruction includes the Swim–Float–Swim method, foundational stroke technique, water comfort and familiarity, and confidence building, with 1:1 customized lessons available for all ages and abilities, including special needs swimmers and those with fear of water or past water trauma.

Parent & Me Group Classes run 40 minutes with a 4:1 ratio for ages 6 weeks to 36 months. Private lessons are 1:1, 20 minutes each, for ages 6 weeks through adult. Semi-private lessons are 2:1, 40 minutes each, for ages 10 years through adult, and each additional 20-minute lesson or additional student is available in 20-minute blocks. Monthly pricing is available in 4-week and 5-week options for each lesson type.
All instructors are CPR and First Aid certified, Lifeguard certified, trained 40+ hours in the student-led method, and have at least one year of teaching experience. Phoenix Swim Academy is locally owned and operated by a husband and wife team and is not a franchise or corporation, and it has a professional, year-round instructor team rather than seasonal staff. The program is a member of the United States Swim School Association (USSSA). Its mission states that it delivers personalized, high-quality swim instruction in a safe, supportive environment, helping swimmers of all ages and abilities build confidence, learn life-saving skills, and love the water for life.
