Milpitas Star Aquatics & Fitness Swim Programs

Milpitas Star Aquatics & Fitness Swim Programs offers swimming lessons through a swimming school with different levels, as well as a swimming team. The program also includes access to a fitness center and gym with weight training and cardio, plus after school programs and a summer camp. Families can schedule a free in-water swim evaluation, and swimmers are asked to wear swimsuits and goggles and check in at the front desk at least 5 minutes early.

• Schedule: Swim lessons offered seven days a week with evening and weekend options; most classes are 40 minutes long, and swimming lessons are paused from December 23rd through January 1st

Milpitas Star Aquatics & Fitness has two large indoor pools and a full-size fitness center that includes free weights, cardio machines, steam and sauna, and weight training machines. The swimming school is led by Olympic champion coaches, and the facility is home to a nationally-recognized swimming team. The program offers a free in-water swim evaluation on Saturdays and Sundays at 1:20 PM by online reservation only, and evaluations are required for all new students and for students who have not taken classes in over 3 months, while adult students do not require an evaluation. The program maintains a ratio of one swim instructor for every four to seven swimmers and offers multiple membership options, including one-day passes, monthly memberships, and annual memberships for the swimming facility, the fitness center, or both.
