Milpitas Star Aquatics & Fitness Swim Programs offers swim lessons through a swimming school with different levels, as well as youth swim classes. The program also includes access to a swimming team, a fitness center, a gym, free weights, cardio machines, steam and sauna, and weight training machines. A free in-water swim evaluation is available by reservation online only.
• Ages: 3–18 years old
• Schedule: Swim lessons are offered seven days a week, including evenings and weekends, and most classes are 40 minutes long.
The swimming school is led by Olympic champion coaches. The facility is described as a one-of-a-kind swim facility in the Bay Area with two large indoor pools and a full-size fitness center, and it is home to a nationally-recognized swimming team. The program offers a free in-water swim evaluation on Saturdays and Sundays at 1:20 PM by reservation online only, and swimmers must wear swimsuits and goggles and check in at the front desk at least 5 minutes early for this evaluation. Evaluations are required for all new students and for students who have not taken classes in over 3 months, while adult students do not require an evaluation. Milpitas swim lessons are paused from December 23rd through January 1st. The stated mission is to provide personal, professional service to support reaching fitness goals.
