Overseas Youth Summer Camp takes place at the Culture Center of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in San Francisco and uses the Center’s facilities for its activities. The program is connected with the Center’s cultural resources, including ethnic dance costumes, folk culture equipment and props lending services, and the Taiwanese Cultural Treasure Chest. Participants also have access to the Center’s library, which holds over 30,000 books, magazines, periodicals, and more than 100 categories of discs, and activities can make use of professional audio visual stage lighting and sound equipment in the Grand Ballroom for conferences and live shows.

The Culture Center that hosts Overseas Youth Summer Camp works with the compatriot community at large on numerous events and functions all year round. Sample activities at the Center include New Year's Day flag-raising Ceremony, Spring Gathering, Spring Lantern Festival, Senior Gatherings, Mother's Day Celebration, Taiwanese and Chinese American Athletic Tournament of San Francisco Bay Area, Kid's Fun Festival, Moon Festival, National Day flag-raising Ceremony, October Celebrations in Taiwan, Overseas Compatriots Affairs Symposium, Technology and Chamber of Commerce Annual Conference, Youth Volunteer Seminars, Women's Workshop Lectures, Love of Taiwan Association Exhibitions, Joint Alumni Association of Chinese Universities and Colleges in Northern California's Community Services, Campus Folk Music Concert, and Compatriots Loving Care Networks.
