Manisha Sharma is the Director and has led Stepping Stone World Preschool since its founding. The school says it works closely with families and shares regular updates, joyful photos, and little milestones. It also introduces children to Hindi/Indian, Spanish/Mexican, and Mandarin/Chinese language and culture through stories, songs, celebrations, and activities. Teachers hold a Bachelor’s degree and the certifications required to teach in California, including a Child Development Permit, CPR and First Aid certification, and completed coursework in Early Childhood Education. The school is licensed by the California Department of Social Services and states compliance with Title 22 safety regulations.
