All gymnastics is taught by Dave Sweet, who has over 30 years of experience, accomplished higher education, USA Gymnastics certifications, and American Red Cross certifications. The program states that all gymnastics is taught with safety first, is educational and fun to learn, competitive in a positive manner, taught in a healthy environment, taught on quality equipment, and taught using USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic Program progressions. Sweet's Gymnastics adheres to CDC, CA State, and Santa Clara County guidance for preventing the spread of COVID-19. The gym is located off of North Milpitas Blvd between Dixon Landing and Jacklin Road, behind the Milpitas Police Department.
