The Creation Station program has a 23 year development. Its award winning and internationally recognized program is for kids 16 months through the age of 6. Creation Station Dance - Mission Viejo offers fun dance classes for kids, with classes for toddlers to teens 16 months to 16 years. The program uses a developmental approach to teaching with a consistent class structure that includes a developmental theme, physical focal elements, and a magical make-believe component. Classes use an assortment of props, costumes, and weekly developmental themes, with a focus on social, physical, and gross motor skills and a major focus on fun. All of the classes at Creation Station reflect a commitment to promoting high self esteem, entertain as well as educate, and allow every child to be a child. Creation Station takes a developmental approach with realistic and age-appropriate expectations for children, and its philosophy is based on combining a nurturing, non-competitive environment with encouragement for kids to develop their own personal, artistic, and educational strengths so they can tap into their imaginations in a way that is described as different from traditional dance schools.

Creation Station Academy (CSA) is a program for children 6 and up who are seeking more formal training without a competitive atmosphere. CSA classes are structured and fairly rigorous while still maintaining the developmental approach. Many students have gone on to dance professionally, join dance companies, and dance on Broadway. Birthday parties at Creation Station highlight the child as the “star” and are completely interactive. These parties include an art project, interactive dance games, time for refreshments and cake, and are described as having “loads of giggles.” Creation Station To Go brings classes to schools, organizations, or outside facilities and supplies the teaching staff, props, music, and curriculum, while the host supplies the room, storage in some instances, and advertising.
