Evolution Swim Academy

Evolution Swim Academy offers swim lessons, Parent & Me swim lessons, private swim lessons, semi-private lessons, small-group swim classes, and an Intro to Evo program. The program also offers novice and competitive swim team programs, including the Intro to Gators program as a non-competitive transition between swim lessons and a competitive swim team, as well as the Evolution Racing Club and an Accelerator Course.

Evolution Swim Academy was founded in 2005 as a family-owned swim school and describes itself as a premier provider of learn-to-swim lessons in Orange County. The program uses a proprietary curriculum that was developed from the ground up and is continuously updated, and instructors are trained in-house and must complete the training program before teaching a lesson. Swim lessons take place in indoor, year-round facilities with 90° water temperature, and small-group swim classes have a maximum 3:1 student-to-instructor ratio, with private and small group lessons available at all locations and flexible schedules with free make-up lessons.

The mission of Evolution Swim Academy states that it is committed to developing elite swim instructors through its proprietary curriculum, designed to equip children with essential lifesaving skills, and that its programs focus on developing physical strength, agility, and safety awareness. The leadership team includes Founder Felipe Delgado, a two-time Olympian, and Olympic friends Aaron Peirsol, Larsen Jensen, Gabe Woodard, and Rebecca Soni, who collaborate in making Evolution Swim Academy the best learn-to-swim experience in the nation.
