Friday Night Lights - South Orange County offers flag football and FNL Cheer. The program includes 6 v 6 flag football with skill positions such as quarterback, wide receiver, running back, and defensive back. Everyone plays 3 out of 4 quarters, and participants play on Friday nights under the lights.
• Ages: 5–14 years old
• Schedule: Practices begin in August with one practice per week, and games are played on Friday evenings from Opening Night on 9.11.26 through final games on 11.13.26

It is open to boys and girls in grades K–8th and is organized into five divisions: Kinder, 1st–2nd, 3rd–4th, 5th–6th, and 7th–8th. The format is no contact, with trophies provided.
