Sean Cook was born and raised in Oregon, graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a degree in philosophy, has worked as an English teacher since 1994, owned and managed a foreign language school in Italy for 18 years, and lived in Italy for nearly 26 years before founding Ciao Languages.
