Monarchs Basketball offers beginner development training, basketball camps, basketball house leagues, and a competitive rep basketball program. The program also runs development programs, leagues, and camps led by some of the most experienced basketball coaches in the GTA. Basketball sessions take place on the lower level downstairs.

• Schedule: Program hours are Monday–Thursday 10am–5pm and Friday 10am–4pm
Since 1986, Monarchs Basketball has provided a wide range of basketball programming for youth at every skill level who have a passion for the sport. The program’s mission is to deliver fun, engaging, and competitive basketball programs for children and youth in the community and to provide inclusive basketball programs with opportunities for all players to participate, progress, compete, and succeed from beginner to professional status. Monarchs Basketball works to have active participation from the community in contributing to the success of its programs and future direction. The program features a Player Pathway for players at any stage, focuses on holistic skill development on and off the court, and includes opportunities to compete in elite basketball tournaments and leagues across North America. Monarchs Basketball states that parents are educated on player progress, expectations, and pathway, and that it strives to break down barriers so that all children and youth can participate. The program emphasizes that each stage of player progression is considered of equal importance, values respect, inclusivity, self-improvement, and good-spirited competition, and highlights social benefits of sport such as fair play in competition, making friends, self-confidence, teamwork, giving back to the community, and living a healthy and active lifestyle. It also states that it values its people and their contributions and works to ensure they have opportunities to develop their personal and professional skills.
