California Academy of the Arts (CALIACA) Dance & Mariachi Programs offers classes in Tiny Tots Folklorico, Ballet Folklorico, BFRC Company, BFRC Academy, CALIACA Folklorico Open Intermediate, CALIACA Folklorico Youth, CALIACA Folklorico Tots, CALIACA Kid's Salsa, and CALIACA Intermediate Salsa. Tiny Tots Folklorico is a one-hour weekly class that meets every Saturday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Tiny Tots Folklorico is designed specifically for children aged 3 to 7 years old as an introduction to Mexican dance traditions with a focus on Ballet Folklorico. BFRC Company is Ballet Folklorico Rey Coliman's professional dance company and requires an audition for dancers age 16+ with advanced Folklorico experience, and these classes are taught by Maestro Elias Roldan. BFRC Academy is Ballet Folklorico Rey Coliman's semi-professional group for dancers age 12–15 with intermediate Folklorico experience and prepares dancers for a dance career with BFRC Company. CALIACA Folklorico Open Intermediate is for dancers of all ages with intermediate Folklorico experience and features classically trained guest instructors from Mexico with no audition required. CALIACA Folklorico Youth is intended for dancers age 9–12 and is for beginners and intermediate dancers focusing on building a strong technical foundation in Folklorico. CALIACA Folklorico Tots is intended for dancers age 4–8 as an introduction to the art of Folklorico. CALIACA Kid's Salsa is intended for dancers age 10–16 as a starter program to introduce children and young teens to Salsa, and CALIACA Intermediate Salsa is intended for dancers age 17+ and is for beginning adults and teens with Salsa experience. Mariachi Guitar and Mariachi Violin are for musicians age 10+ and are open to musicians of all skill levels, while Mariachi Ensemble invites musicians with a minimum of one year of experience on Violin, Guitarron, Vihuela, Trumpet, and Guitar.
