Solid Gold Dance is formerly known as Pam Rossi's Dance Ten. The studio’s mission states that each student is taught to work passionately and to contribute something to the lives of others through their creative expression, with an emphasis on dancers developing as artists and as strong, gracious human beings who aspire to be positive role models. The mission also states that the studio prioritizes being inclusive of all, creating a professional and welcoming environment, maintaining respect for everyone, and keeping dances, music, and costumes age appropriate.

The schedule notes several key dates: 3/30–4/5 closed for Spring Break; 5/25 closed for Memorial Day; 5/30 and 5/31 in-house studio picture weekend; 6/14 as the last day of classes; and 6/15 and 6/16 for dress rehearsal and June show performances. The competing dance companies at Solid Gold Dance include dancers ages 4–19 who attend at least one dance convention per year and participate in a minimum of four dance competitions within the Los Angeles area, with a National Competition scheduled for July 2026 in Palm Springs. The program also offers the Pat Jackson Memorial Dance Scholarship and the Solid Gold Dance Company Scholarship. Pat Jackson, a dance educator associated with this history, received the Bob Fosse Educator Award in Los Angeles in 1997.
