Realis Gymnastics offers gymnastics classes, preschool gymnastics, tumbling classes, acrobatics (Acro) classes, ninja gymnastics, parties, open gym, and camps. The gym uses olympic grade equipment such as two 42×42 sq. ft. tumbling floors, a tumble track, rod floor, trampoline, parallel bars, balance beams, a vault table, silks, climbing ropes, and a foam pit in 20,000 sq. ft. of open training areas. Ninja gymnastics at Realis Gymnastics combines traditional gymnastics training with elements of ninja movement, and open gym is supervised play in the gym.
Realis Gymnastics opened in 2007 and moved to a larger gym in 2018. The program offers gymnastics classes for all ages and levels, with a colorful, padded environment for toddlers and preschoolers, tumbling classes for every skill level from beginning to advanced, and Acro classes with opportunities to join a competitive team. The program states that its top priority is the development of children in their athletic abilities, social skills, and confidence, with goals that include helping each child develop self-esteem and increase physical fitness, and a focus on flexibility, coordination, strong and healthy bones, self discipline, social skills, discipline, life-skills, and forming life-long bonds.
Realis Gymnastics is home of World Champions and is dedicated to the development of world class athletes. It is home to multiple past and present U.S. National Team members as well as World Acrobatic Champions.
