SafeSwimSolutions

SafeSwimSolutions offers SafeSwimSolutions Foundations for children of all ages. Every child first learns the vital skill of obtaining and maintaining an independent float. Returning students continue with single-day lessons that are 15 minutes each day and are scheduled as needed for skill practice and progression.

Programs

• SafeSwimSolutions Foundations — children of all ages · 4 days per week for 4 consecutive weeks, followed by continuation lessons on a variable schedule
• SafeSwimSolutions Returning Students — children who have already completed their initial 4-week set of SafeSwimSolutions Foundations lessons · single-day lessons on a varied schedule · Used for continuing to build on skills. Lessons are 15 minutes each day and can be scheduled as needed for optimal retention and progression.
• Propellers Program — starting at around age 5; not for beginners under 6 · 1-3 days per week
• Adult Swim Lessons — adults · up to 3 days a week

About the provider

SafeSwimSolutions is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to prevent drowning through swim lesson accessibility, water safety education, and support for qualified candidates to become instructors. The program also provides education in the community and throughout the state of California.

Every child, regardless of age, will first learn the vital skill of obtaining and maintaining an independent float. The program is flexible and will do its best to accommodate individual situations. There is a $50 annual registration fee for all children, with a max of $100 per family.
