Morgan Hill Volleyball Club offers a range of volleyball activities, including Co-Ed June Summer Camp, Co-Ed Beach Program, Sand Volleyball, clinics, and camps. Morgan Hill Volleyball Club was established in 2014 and is the first established club in Morgan Hill. Club teams for boys and girls (ages 11–18) are focused on developing advanced volleyball skills through training and tournaments, and the summer program (ages 8–18) is designed for both beginners and advanced players. The club has programs all year round for players 8–18, including Fall Co-Ed teams, Boys Club teams, Girls Club teams, Sand Volleyball, clinics, and camps.
The club’s mission states that it exists to share a love and passion for volleyball through skilled instruction, competitive game experience, and dynamic leadership development, and that it works to grow players in skill and confidence. The mission also states that life coaches are provided for players and that the culture is built on providing challenge and affirmation for each player. Morgan Hill Volleyball Club is part of the Northern California USA Volleyball Association. The founder is Coach Shannon Oberg, who describes the club’s approach as an “authentic investment in our athletes” and emphasizes caring about giving players skills to succeed as competitive volleyball players without sacrificing positive impact on their lives.
