Sparks Taekwondo offers Little Ninjas, Kids Taekwondo, Teen & Adult Martial Arts, Intermediate Olympic Sparring, and World Class Olympic Sparring. Little Ninjas is an introductory martial arts program, Kids Taekwondo is a kids martial arts program, Teen & Adult Martial Arts is for teens and adults of all experience levels, and the sparring programs focus on fitness, training, and competing.
