Carlson Gracie Napa Valley offers Kids Class in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and self-defense on Tue & Thu from 5:00 pm to 5:45 pm for ages 4-7. It also offers Youth Brazilian Jiu-jitsu & Self Defense on Mon, Wed, and Fri from 5:00 PM to 5:45 PM for ages 7+.

About the provider

The academy says it is dedicated to teaching Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and self-defense techniques and emphasizes self-improvement, physical fitness, personal empowerment, family values, respect, and discipline. Its leadership team includes Professor Marinho Vauvenargues Vicentini, a 6th-degree Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Master Carlson Gracie. He earned his black belt directly from Master Carlson Gracie in April 1999 and served as Head of Defense Tactics and Jiu-Jitsu at the Federal Police Academy in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from 1999 to 2015.
