CIA at Copia Cooking Classes offers hands-on cooking, bake, and beverage classes in a state-of-the-art facility. Families can also take part in Wine Bar tastings, explore current exhibits, visit the Chuck Williams Culinary Arts Museum, and meander through the renowned culinary gardens. The program setting includes an outdoor amphitheater, a lounge area, a garden-to-table restaurant, a marketplace with rare culinary items, and an 80,000 square foot facility where guests can relax, dine in student-run restaurants, and enjoy wines by the glass.
