CIA at Copia Cooking and Beverage Classes offers hands-on cooking classes, beverage classes, and Wine Bar tastings, along with single-day and multi-day Boot Camps such as Bread for Beginners, Hors d’Oeuvre at Home, The History of Napa Valley in Eight Glasses, and Asian Boot Camp. The program also includes experiences like the Winemaker Dinner Series at The Grove Restaurant and Quench at CIA at Copia, and it can host weddings, private events, thought leadership conferences, training and workforce development, certification, and innovation, menu, and product development sessions.

CIA at Copia Cooking and Beverage Classes takes place in an 80,000 square foot facility that includes culinary gardens, an outdoor amphitheater, a garden-to-table restaurant, a marketplace, the Chuck Williams Culinary Arts Museum, art installations, and rare culinary must-haves.
