HealthQuest Swim School

HealthQuest Swim School offers swim lessons for all ages, including infants and adults. The program includes group classes, Parent/Child classes, private lessons, Adult Swim coached workouts, LAP swim coached workouts, and a one-hour aqua water exercise program in the fitness pool. The swim school has small group class sizes, and all swim instructors are Red Cross Certified and have extensive in-house training.
