Hopper Creek Montessori was founded in 1984 and moved to its current home a few blocks from downtown Napa ten years after 1984. In 2022, leadership passed from founder Carol Woodiwiss to Brenna Roth, and the program is now teacher-owned, with all profit going directly to the teachers. The current leadership team includes Founder Carol Woodiwiss, current leader Brenna Roth, Mrs. Tamara as Director, and Miss Bella as Head Teacher. The program follows a mission of building confidence and curiosity in every child and empowering children to explore, learn, and grow in a supportive and loving environment, following the Montessori philosophy. The program offers small class sizes with a student-to-teacher ratio of less than 5:1, scholarships, and options for drop-in care and daily rates to fit families’ schedules.
