Hopper Creek Montessori

Hopper Creek Montessori offers a Preschool Program for ages 2-3, a Pre-K Program for ages 3-6, and a Kindergarten Program for ages 5-6 or when ready. The Preschool Program meets 3, 4, or 5 days a week, the Pre-K Program meets 4 or 5 days a week, and the Kindergarten Program meets 5 days a week.

About the provider

Founded in 1984, Hopper Creek Montessori moved to its current home a few blocks from downtown Napa ten years after it was founded. In 2022, Carol Woodiwiss passed the torch to Brenna Roth, who now leads the school. Mrs. Tamara is Director, and Miss Bella is Head Teacher. The school states that it is dedicated to the holistic growth and development of every child and family in the community and that its mission is to foster positive self-esteem and a lifelong love of learning through individualized, student-led experiences guided by caring, knowledgeable, and passionate educators.

Teacher-owned. Montessori philosophy. Multi-age classrooms. Students do not need to be potty trained to attend the Preschool program.
