The mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley is to inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need them most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. The leadership team includes an executive director, directors of finance, philanthropy and development, operations, area directors, program directors for multiple sites, and a Stem Specialist for the Mobile Programs Unit. The Million Members, Million Hours of Service initiative aims to engage 1 million Boys & Girls Club youth in service projects each year, with each donating at least one hour of service.

One club member states that the club provides support, care, time to do schoolwork, and chances to communicate with peers. A clubhouse parent describes the program as a “lifesaver” and notes that their daughter is excited to share what she has learned from online school and the team each day. A staff member reports making fond memories, building lasting bonds, and learning life lessons from both peers and kids while working at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley.
