Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley After School and Summer Programs offers activities such as DIY STEM, Money Matters, Summer Brain Gain, Summer Brain Gain: Read!, Ultimate Journey, Healthy Habits, and Social Recreation. The program also includes Career Launch, Keystone, the National Photography Program, athletics, dance, Triple Play, yoga programs, and Zoomba. DIY STEM is a hands-on, activity-based STEM curriculum that connects youth to science themes they encounter regularly, and Social Recreation includes activities such as foosball, board games, and tag that are integrated into each day.

The program offers full service summer camp experiences in Napa and American Canyon. Money Matters promotes financial responsibility and independence among Club members ages 13 to 18, and Career Launch is designed to support youth as they prepare for their first job, internship, summer employment, and more. Summer Brain Gain uses one-week modules with themed activities for elementary, middle, and high school students that are aligned with common core anchor standards, and Summer Brain Gain: Read! is a literacy program that complements this curriculum. Ultimate Journey provides experiential environmental education activities, Healthy Habits emphasizes good nutrition, regular physical activity, and overall well-being, and Triple Play is a health and wellness program for members ages 6–18 that focuses on physical activity, nutrition, and healthy relationships. Youth athletics programs focus on teamwork, participation, fairness, and positive social skills, dance programs teach new routines and techniques, yoga programs are offered for youth, and Zoomba is described as a total body workout that blends high calorie-burning movement with international and popular dance music.
Parents cannot enroll their children online. To enroll, parents download the membership application and email the program director of the site to verify which campus locations are open and that there is room.
The mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley is to inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need them most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. The organization participates in the Million Members, Million Hours of Service initiative, which aims to engage 1 million Boys & Girls Club youth in service projects each year, with each donating at least one hour of service.
The leadership team includes Executive Director Jaime Gallegos and Director of Operations Michael Tillotson, along with directors for finance, philanthropy and development, human resources, marketing, events, recruitment, and area and site-based program directors. Site and program leadership includes area directors Taya de Alba-Cornist, Josh Sergeson, and Alejandro Cruz; multiple school and clubhouse program directors; and Michele Dahlberg as Stem Specialist for the Mobile Programs Unit.
