Element MMA offers training in Mixed Martial Arts, Muay Thai, Boxing, No-Gi Jiu Jitsu, fitness, and Kids Mixed Martial Arts. Classes include beginner-friendly options as well as advanced programs for all skill levels. The program offers 3 day trial classes for both beginners and experienced athletes.
• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: Class options available 6 days a week, with morning and evening classes, including Muay Thai from 7:00–8:00am on Monday, August 3
• Price: Family discounts, flexible class packs, private 1-on-1 or small group coaching, and an unlimited month-to-month membership option
Element MMA’s mission is: “Train in your element --- Be part of legacy built on skill, strength, & community.” Instruction is led by four professional instructors: Sean Climaco, Mark Climaco, Ethan Quiachon, and Spencer Smith. The coaching team consists of professional martial artists with over 10 years of teaching experience and over 15 years of competition experience, including Sean Climaco, who has competed for ONE Championship, and Mark Climaco, who has competed for Road to UFC. The program offers world class instruction and has received multiple 5/5 star reviews.

For Muay Thai or Boxing classes, participants are asked to wear comfortable workout clothes without pockets, zippers, or buttons, and to train barefoot, with the option of indoor boxing or wrestling shoes for boxing. Loaner gloves are provided at the front desk for trial use. For No-Gi Jiu Jitsu, participants wear a rash guard or form-fitting shirt with MMA-style shorts or compression pants without pockets, zippers, or buttons, and are advised to bring a change of clothes if taking multiple classes, with all nails trimmed to prevent injury.
