Element MMA Martial Arts Programs offers classes in Mixed Martial Arts, Muay Thai, Boxing, No-Gi Jiu Jitsu, and Kids Mixed Martial Arts. The program also includes fitness-focused sessions with strength training, cardio, and core training. Classes take place at Element MMA.

• Schedule: Classes offered 6 days a week with a flexible morning and evening schedule; 3 day trial classes available
The leadership and coaching team includes Sean Climaco, Mark Climaco, Ethan Quiachon, and Spencer Smith. The staff includes 4 professional instructors with over 10 years of teaching experience and over 15 years of competition experience, including a professional fighter and an active pro fighter. The program’s mission statement is: “Train in your element --- Be part of legacy built on skill, strength, & community.” Element MMA offers beginner-friendly and advanced programs, with classes for kids, teens, and adults, including friendly beginner classes and programs for all ages starting at age 5.
