Avatar Sports Performing Arts Program offers aerial silks, hammock, lyra, aerial basics for kids, circus arts, acrobatics and tumbling, and trapeze dance classes. The program also includes specialized options such as aerial chains, aerial loops, kids straps, circus performance team (competitive), silks teams for juniors and mixed levels, aerial fusion for teens and adults, cyrwheel for adults, and private sessions with an instructor. Additional classes include mat Pilates (including “Glutes & Abs”), stretching and flexibility, summer camp, and an Elite Aerial Intensive Training Camp.

• Schedule: Example schedules show summer camp and Elite Aerial Intensive Training Camp running in 5- or 6-hour daytime blocks, with most other classes offered on weekdays and Saturdays in the late afternoon and evening, typically lasting 55 minutes to 1 hour, and some team and intermediate/advanced lyra sessions lasting 1 hour 25 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes.
