• Junior's Class — 9 to 13-year-olds · Tailored to juniors ages 9 to 13; focuses on techniques, self-defense strategies, physical fitness, discipline, self-confidence, leadership, personal growth, and character development.
• Adult's Class — individuals of all fitness levels and ages · Adult martial arts program focusing on self-defense, physical fitness, mental well-being, strength, flexibility, cardiovascular health, discipline, and stress relief.
• Personal Lessons — men, women, and children of all ages · One-on-one instruction with personalized attention, accelerated learning, customized training, immediate feedback, flexible scheduling, motivation, accountability, and enhanced confidence.
• Group Classes — men, women, and children of all ages · Group martial arts classes available as an option alongside personal training.
