NJB is California's largest youth basketball league for over 40 years and is entering its 41st year of serving the community through basketball in the 2025 season. Eastvale/Jurupa National Junior Basketball is part of a 501(c)(3) non-profit that exists to promote community through basketball. The program includes a boys/co-ed league for grades K to 8th, a girls-only NJB league with fall sign-ups for grades 3rd through 8th, and a high school program starting back up at the end of October for a winter program.

Everyone plays at NJB, and once registered, every player makes a team. Teams are picked in a fantasy football–style draft using an online tool, except for the Rookie Division (grades K through 1st), where the chapter director and staff build teams based on the player registration form. Divisional teams in grades 2nd through 8th participate in a one-day Championship Series tournament at the end of the season, and All Stars are selected for some players. Trophies are given out at the last game of the season, and an end-of-season party is planned by the team parent and coach. Stars / AAU travel ball teams are building new teams in August, and the BYT competitive circuit is open to all teams, clubs, and other local programs to join.

The leadership team includes Kevin Gueste as Eastvale Chapter Director, Brandon W. as NJB League Director, Brandon Wells as Sectional Director, and Raul Macias as BYT Coordinator. A testimonial from NJB League Director Brandon W. congratulates Kevin and states that NJB appreciates his hard work and dedication to the families and players in the community.
