About

Cal-Star Gymnastics Camps and Classes offers structured gymnastics lessons that include warm-up, floor exercise basics, bar stations, and basic trampoline skills. Camp and class activities can also include group games, arts and crafts, open gym, party games, parachute games, a hurricane swing, and various obstacles and challenges. Depending on the specific camp or class, participants may also do jumps, tumbling, stunting, dance, gymnastics, ninja gym, kinder gym, and parkour.

• Schedule: Spring Gymnastics Camp and Spring Cheer Camp run April 6–9, 2026, Monday–Thursday, with the gymnastics camp scheduled 12:00–3:00 p.m. and the cheer camp scheduled 11:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
• Price: Spring Cheer Camp: $320.00 per week or $85.00 per day

Cal-Star Gymnastics opened in 1996 and has been serving Marin County since then with a diverse range of programs designed to inspire and empower young athletes. The program offers a wide variety of camps throughout the year, including summer and winter gymnastics camps, ninja gym camp, and spring and summer cheer camps. It also offers a diverse range of classes for ages 1–17 years old, including gymnastics, tumbling, ninja gym, and kinder gym.

Cal-Star Gymnastics has a competitive team offering levels 2 through 10 in the women's Junior Olympic program and participates in the National TOPS program. The All-Star Cheer program includes full-year and half-year prep and elite teams for ages 7–17 years, along with a Tinys program for cheerleaders ages 4–6 that offers a half-year experience. A Jr. Coach Program is available for ages 14–16 who want to learn how to coach gymnastics, parkour, and cheerleading and assist at camps, with 3-, 6-, and 9-month training options, and training is always available for employment candidates.

Coaching staff have cleared a thorough background check and hold USAG Instructor or Professional membership, Safesport certification, CPR/First Aid certification, USAG Safety certification, and have passed the U100 Gymnastics course. Coaches earn continuing education credits through online courses, attending Gymnastics Congress and USAG clinics during the year, and receive in-house training provided annually by staff with over 30 years of coaching experience.
