The Jr. Coach Program offers participants the chance to engage in activities such as gymnastics, parkour, and cheerleading. Participants also have the opportunity to assist at camps, gaining hands-on experience in a supportive environment. The program is held at Cal-Star Gymnastics.

Cal-Star Gymnastics has been operating since 1996 and is led by owner Amber Myers. The coaching staff is highly qualified, having cleared a thorough background check and holding certifications such as USAG Instructor or Professional membership, Safesport, CPR/First Aid, and USAG Safety. Coaches also earn continuing education credits through various courses and clinics. Unique features of the program include in-house training by staff with over 30 years of experience and the possibility of receiving a recommendation letter or job opportunity upon completion.
