Dive Lab Training Programs

Dive Lab Training Programs offers butterfly, diving fundamentals, general sport information, movement patterns, and body awareness for new divers. It also offers yellow, gray, frost, white, and Pacific training, with gray, white, and Pacific including dryland training and Junior Olympic list work. Private lessons are available for new, intermediate, and advanced divers, and Friday Night AirTime at Dive Lab includes 2 hours of diving, movement, and fun, with pizza and beverages included.

Programs

• Butterfly — 11 and younger · Saturday 10:00-11:30 am; 1 session per week · $200 per month · Introductory program for new divers wishing to explore the sport. Training focuses on fundamentals of diving, general sport information, movement patterns, and body awareness.
• Yellow — 11 and under · Choose 2 days; Monday-Thursday 4:00-5:30 pm; Saturday 10:00-11:30 am; 2 sessions per week · $310 per month · Beginning lessons program for new divers. Training focuses on fundamentals of diving, general sport information, movement patterns, and body awareness.
• Gray — 11 and under · Choose 3 days; Monday-Thursday 4:00-6:00 pm; Saturday 10:00-11:30 am; 3 sessions per week · $420 per month · Intermediate team training. Focuses on advancing skill development, introduction of dryland training, exposure to 3-meter and platform events, and development of Novice and Junior Olympic lists.
• Frost — 12 and over · Choose 2 days; Monday-Thursday 4:30-6:30 pm; Saturday 11:30 am-1:30 pm; 2 sessions per week · $385 per month
• White — 12 and over · Choose 3 days; Monday-Thursday 4:30-6:30 pm; Saturday 11:30 am-1:30 pm; 3 sessions per week · $450 per month · Advanced team training. Focuses on advancing skill development, regular dryland training, Junior Olympic lists, sport psychology, and the competitive process.
• Pacific — 12 and older · Choose 5 days; Monday-Thursday 4:30-7:00 pm; Saturday 11:30 am-1:30 pm; 5 sessions per week · $570 per month · Advanced skill development, regular dryland training, Junior Olympic competition lists, sport psychology, and the competitive process.
• Masters — adult · Flexible; Monday-Thursday 5:30-7:00 pm; Saturday 11:30 am-1:00 pm · $40–$175 per session
• Private Lessons — not stated · Contact coaches to schedule a time · $70–$250 per session · One-on-one private lessons for new, intermediate, and advanced divers.
• Friday Night AirTime at Dive Lab — kids and adults · Friday 5:00-7:00 pm · $25 · Supervised Friday evening dive party. Parents may join or drop off athletes for 2 hours of diving, movement, and fun. Pizza and beverages are included. AAU membership required.

About the provider

Dive Lab initially launched as North Bay Diving and was rebranded in 2022. It is a NFP organization, an AAU Level 2 Accredited Organization, and the first club team in the North Bay. Its mission is to expand access to springboard and platform diving in the Bay Area with a collaborative, supportive, inclusive, and fun environment for new and experienced divers.

AAU membership is required for Dive Lab camps, practices, and competitions. AirTime requires a minimum of five participants; if the minimum is not met at least three days before the event, the event is canceled and a full refund is provided. Refunds are not available for participant cancellations.
