Living Jazz Music Education and Performance Programs

Living Jazz Music Education and Performance Programs offers music and dance experiences through programs such as Jazz Camp West, Jam Camp West, Living Jazz RootED, and the MLK Tribute concert. Jazz Camp West is an 8 day music and dance camp held every June, and Jam Camp West is a 7 day music and dance camp held every July. Living Jazz RootED provides year-round music and dance education in East Bay elementary schools, and the MLK Tribute is an annual concert on MLK Weekend.

Since 1984, Living Jazz has designed and launched unique music education and performance programs. Its programs have been created to instill confidence, responsibility and ambition in children, motivate people of all ages and backgrounds to reach their personal and creative potential, and unite diverse communities through their shared love of jazz and related genres. Living Jazz transforms lives through the music, spirit, and culture of jazz in the Bay Area community, by educating students and artists of all ages and abilities, and remains committed to bringing accessible, high quality music immersion experiences to people of all ages. Jam Camp West is a Golden Goose Approved Camp since 2008.
