Oakland Ice Center Youth Programs offers Learn To Skate, Youth Hockey, Oakland Bears In-House Hockey, Adaptive Hockey, Figure Skating, Skate Ability, Adaptive Skating Program, and Half Day Camps. It also lists Birthday Party Packages, Public Skating, Drop in Hockey, and Freestyle. Hockey 1 is open to children ages 5 and up and is divided into Hockey 1, Hockey 2, and Hockey 3.

No credits or refunds - all sales are final. For all public sessions, drop-in hockey sessions, private lessons and Gretzky Hours, all participants must purchase a sticker and wear that sticker as proof of purchase. Playing without paying is prohibited.
