Excel Sports League Youth Basketball offers youth basketball, Vertimax Training, and group trainings. The program includes a full eight-week basketball program as part of its Spring 25′ campaign. The Spring 25′ season begins April 5th and runs through May 24, with a regular season that lasts 6–7 weeks.

Excel Sports League Youth Basketball offers a co-ed youth basketball program for ages 4–17 and an all-girls JR. WNBA program. Each team has one hour of scheduled indoor practice per week and one scheduled indoor game per week, with the possibility of multiple games during playoffs. Every team has scheduled playoff game(s), and division winners receive championship trophies or medals, including a special championship game MVP award for the top performer in that game. Registration includes a full upgraded Courtsmith uniform with a reversible customized jersey and shorts that players keep, and this is also included in the JR. WNBA program. An Excel Sports League Store is available through TeeSpring.com with garments for men, women, and kids.
