Step 2 This Dance & Performing Arts

Step 2 This Dance & Performing Arts offers dance classes, tumbling classes, camps, workshops, auditions, and performance opportunities. The program takes place at the Step 2 This Dance & Performing Arts studio and includes multiple class styles in a family-oriented, positive atmosphere. A trial class is available for interested dancers.

Step 2 This Dance & Performing Arts was founded in Oakley, California in August 2002 and has become an award-winning performing arts studio with an award-winning competition team. The studio offers fun, family-friendly dance and tumbling classes serving Oakley, Brentwood, Discovery Bay, and Contra Costa County, with a supportive environment filled with friendships and notable growth. The mission of Step 2 This Dance is to celebrate diversity in all its forms and to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where every dancer feels valued and supported. The program’s classes and events bring families together to support dancers and the arts while spending time together. One parent shared that their daughter was made to feel like family from the moment she stepped in the studio, and described the staff as patient, dedicated, sweet, professional, and talented.
