Armed Services YMCA Camp Pendleton Youth Camps and Programs offers Operation Little Learners, Fisher Children's Center, Active Day Camps for Military Children, Youth Resiliency Programs, Early Education Programs, Summer Camps, and Parent/Child Interactive Opportunities. The program also includes the Neighborhood Exchange, Emergency Food Relief for Military Families, Holiday Travel Assistance for Military Families, and Volunteer Programs.

• Schedule: Main office hours Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm; Fisher Children's Center Monday–Friday 7:00am–4:00pm; SOI Recreation Center Saturday–Sunday 10:00am–4:00pm

Operation Little Learners is an interactive education program for new parents and their children ages 18 months–5 years old. Fisher Children's Center offers part-day and full-day care options for children ages 6 weeks–5 years old. The Neighborhood Exchange is a monthly food and diaper distribution that provides food and diapers, as well as resources and other helpful goods and services provided by community partners. Programs and services are offered at no or low cost and require no dues or membership fees, and Armed Services YMCA Camp Pendleton provides free or low-cost programs and services for military children, spouses, and the family unit to help ease the unique challenges of military life. Because Camp Pendleton is a U.S. Military Installation, GPS and other location-finding apps will not work properly, and the location will only appear on Google Maps.

The Armed Services YMCA has been serving military families since 1861, and the Armed Services YMCA Camp Pendleton has served the military community for the past 80 years. The mission of Armed Services YMCA Camp Pendleton is to enhance the lives of military members and their families in spirit, mind, and body through programs relevant to the unique challenges of military life, with a focus on providing needed programs and services for single or married enlisted personnel and their family members, and to empower military families by ensuring access to resources, relationships, and opportunities for all to learn, grow, and thrive.

The leadership team includes Samantha Holt, Executive Director; Shela Bularan, Director of Finance & Human Resources; LaRonda Schenck Scott, Senior Director of Development; Brittany Marquis, Director of Youth Programs; Mirna Nolasco, Childcare Director; Clettis Allen, Major Gifts Officer; T. Berenicé Dorantes, Director of Community Outreach; Cassandra Wiley, Director of Services; and Kelsey Means, Office Manager. The Board of Management Executive Committee includes Ralph Sanchez, Chairman; Todd Kern, Vice Chairman; Jeff Trotter, Treasurer; Liz Rhea, Secretary; and Bev Mason, Parliamentarian, with Forrest Smith as Governance Committee Chair and Steve Browne as Finance Committee Chair, and board members Martine Blair, Alice Brewer, Michael Cedeno, Lori Donchak, Karen Gough, Carl Henderson, Robert Rota, Mark Wernig, and Steve Wolfe, and Advisory Council members Clifford Myers, Susan Wortman, and George Young.

Armed Services YMCA Camp Pendleton works with installation leadership to ensure a network of support for military families stationed at Camp Pendleton and the surrounding areas, and sponsors and partners enable it to provide more programs and services to more enlisted military families stationed throughout the region. Community Outreach & Volunteering is coordinated by the Director of Community Outreach. Fisher Children's Center is a NECPA accredited childcare facility. The Armed Services YMCA is designated as a top-rated charity, with a 4-Star rating from Charity Navigator, an A- Grade from Charity Watch, and a Platinum Seal of Transparency from Candid Guidestar.
