Key Martial Arts

Key Martial Arts offers Mighty Ninjas for ages 4-6, Youth Program for ages 7-11, Youth Jiu Jitsu for ages 7 and up, Teen Martial Arts for ages 12-17, and an Adult Program for ages 18 and up. The program notes mention basic martial arts skills, real martial arts skills, and youth jiu-jitsu.

Programs

• Mighty Ninjas — 4-6 · Beginner martial arts program for kids ages 4-6. Focuses on basic skills and life skills such as focus, confidence, discipline, respect, listening skills, and body control.
• Youth Program — 7-11 · Kids program focused on confidence, discipline, focus, respect, self-control, leadership, perseverance, teamwork, and real martial arts skills.
• Youth Jiu Jitsu — 7 and up · Youth jiu-jitsu program that promotes discipline, respect, self-confidence, friendship, teamwork, and physical and mental development.
• Teen Martial Arts — 12-17 · Teen program that helps kids gain confidence, learn discipline, focus energy, and foster respect for others.
• Adult Program — 18+

About the provider

Key Martial Arts was founded by former Marine Matt Polack. Matt Polack started teaching in 2000. The leadership team includes Head Instructor Matt Polack and Instructor Ave Polack. The school was voted Best Dojo in North County for 2025 and 2026, and both instructors hold black belts in American Kenpo.
