Heather King Golf includes an Emerald Isle Girls Golf Program that is an official LPGA Girls Golf site where girls aged 5–17 can participate. The LPGA Girls Golf program meets once a month on Thursdays from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Each Girls Golf event uses themes such as Superhero Day, Clover Olympics, Father-Daughter Day, Dream BIG Day, and Halloween Costume Day.

PGA Jr. League at Heather King Golf holds practices on Wednesdays from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM, with matches on Mondays starting around 3:45 PM at various locations. The Emerald Isle Junior League runs as a six-week program. PGA Jr. League is described as a team-oriented environment.

Clover Academy runs on weekdays from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM as an after-school junior clinic. Clover Academy is open to junior participants of all skill levels and focuses on fundamental skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

The 9-Hole Clinics take place on Sundays from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. During these clinics, students play 9 holes in a foursome with other students so the coach can learn each player’s game and create an effective plan.

Adult League practices are held on Tuesdays from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM, with matches on Thursdays starting at 5:00 PM at various locations. The Emerald Isle Adult League is a six-week program, and the Adult League is described as a fun, team-oriented environment.

Heather King is the golf coach leading Heather King Golf and is teaching and coaching at Emerald Isle Executive Golf Course. She became a Class A PGA Member while working at Coronado Golf Course and has served as an LPGA Girls Golf Site Director from 2011 to 2023. Her credentials include being US Kids Certified from 2018 to 2023, a TaylorMade Staff Member since 2019, a PGA Lead Member in Cohort VIII, and a Certified American Development Model Coach.

Her history in golf includes starting to play in 1998, competing as an NCAA Division I student athlete from 2005 to 2010, and graduating from San Diego State University in 2010 before working at Coronado Municipal Golf Course. She later coached with TGA Golf in Schools from 2017 to 2019 and worked at Carmel Mountain Ranch Country Club and Encinitas Ranch Golf Course in 2017–2018. She has served on the PGA Board of Directors from 2020 to the present and received PGA Player Development of the Year in 2022.

Heather King’s mission statement as a golf coach is that she wants her students to understand that golf is something to learn for the rest of their lives. Heather King Golf is an official LPGA Girls Golf site, and her experience includes using golf in contexts such as raising money for charities or playing on a team.
