California Gymnastics

California Gymnastics offers recreation, advanced training, parent and me classes, boys classes, tumbling, and private lessons. The program also includes preschool beginning classes for ages 3 to 5, with activity stations and a warm-up using parachutes, jump ropes, balls, and hoops, plus preschool advanced classes for ages 3 to 5. Advanced training is a non-competitive invitation-only class focused on flexibility, technique, and strength, and the boys class works on trampoline and tumbling skills such as handstands, flips, cartwheels, round-offs, and back handsprings.

• Advanced Training — Non-competitive invitation-only class for gymnasts who have shown proficiency in intermediate level skills and want a more intense workout focused on flexibility, technique and strength.
• Pre School Beginning — 3 - 5 years · Co-ed class focused on progressing through activity stations with a warm-up using parachutes, jump ropes, balls and hoops.
• Pre School Advanced — 3 - 5 years · Invitation-only class designed for those who show exceptional ability or desire to learn.
• Parent and Me — Parent participation class covering gymnastics basics on bars, beam, floor and trampoline.
• Boys — All boys class focusing on trampoline and tumbling skills such as handstands, flips, cartwheels, round-off and back handsprings.
• Tumbling — 10-17 years · For girls ages 10-17 and teaches beginning to advanced tumbling skills.
• Privates — Private lessons scheduled with the individual coach; students must be enrolled in a class to do private lessons.
