OC French Summer Camp offers French language learning through themed activities, outdoor fun, creative projects, sports, and arts and crafts. Each day includes dynamic French lessons tailored to the child’s skill level, with a play-based introduction to French for Preschool–Pre-K children and foundational French learning for beginners and intermediates in Kindergarten through 3rd grade. Afternoons include sports, arts and crafts, and themed activities that match weekly topics such as space, the ocean, animals around the world, the Olympic Games, a trip to France, and superheroes.
• Ages: 3–11 years old
• Schedule: Six-week session from June 22nd to July 31st, 2026, with Monday–Friday options including full and half days; camp is closed on July 3rd
• Price: Pricing for PS–PK ranges from $290–$400 per week with 6-week bundles from $1680–$2280; pricing for K–3rd ranges from $300–$420 per week with 6-week bundles from $1700–$2400; registration fees apply
The camp is part of the International School of Orange County, a preschool through 8th grade school that offers bilingual French immersion education in a multicultural, nurturing, and intimate environment and develops caring, confident, and intellectually curious students who are equipped to excel in any academic environment throughout the world. The school is the only one in Orange County to be accredited from Preschool through 5th grade by the French Ministry of Education for its French program. The program uses experienced and passionate educators, including fluent French or Francophone teachers, and all staff members are qualified, background-checked professionals with experience in both school and camp environments, with small class sizes of up to 15 students per group. The International School of Orange County partners with and is supported by sponsors who support its focus on academic excellence and global education.
The leadership and teaching team connected to the program includes staff such as Head of School Frederique Bauer, Marketing and Admissions Manager Sasha Causee, Preschool Director and Student Life Coordinator Karen Littlefield, multiple French teachers across Preschool through 6th grade, English teachers for various elementary grades, and campus, class, and administrative assistants.
