Peppermint Junction Academy Holiday & Summer Camps includes activities such as physical fitness programs, family activities, Computer Skills, Art, P.E., Character Education, Music, Community Service, and Leadership Programs. The program also offers after-school care and homework support as part of its services.

Peppermint Junction Academy Holiday & Summer Camps takes place within Peppermint Junction Preschool & Elementary Academy, a private, family-owned education center that offers high-quality, developmentally appropriate programs and brain-based quality education with individualized attention and a rigorous academic curriculum. The academy includes Academy Holiday & Summer Camps, a year-round Preschool Program that runs September 1st through August 31st, and full day Transitional Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and 1st–6th Grades with the option of before and/or after school care. Children in the 2–5-year-old preschool program need to be potty trained, and children wear uniforms, with parents described as partners in maintaining high academic and behavior standards. The environment is described as safe and nurturing, with developmentally appropriate, research-based learning experiences.

Peppermint Junction was founded in 1984, and the program description notes that for over 40 years, Peppermint Junction has provided exceptional care and education. The mission statement for the program is: “Empowering young minds through education, creativity, and community.” The leadership team includes Jason Young, Executive Director. The staff is described as a diverse staff of teachers with extensive backgrounds in Early Childhood Development, consisting of experienced early childhood specialists.
