Reel Guppy Outdoors is a free youth fishing program that is produced by the Reel Anglers Fishing Show California. The program operates in a Learning Center and Multimedia Studio setting connected to the Reel Guppy Outdoors production.

Reel Guppy Outdoors was founded by Kevin Brannon, who started producing a TV show while attending Oxnard College and continues this work some 25 years later. The program’s stated mission is to “Empower and inspire youth, families and our community to be impactful in the world through education and personal development.” Community partners connected to the program include REEL ANGLERS Fishing Show, COMMUNITY KEVIN, and REEL RADIO With Kevin Brannon.
