Reel Guppy Outdoors is a free youth fishing program. The program is connected with the Reel Anglers Fishing Show California, which currently produces Reel Guppy Outdoors.

Reel Guppy Outdoors operates in a Learning Center / Multimedia Studio. The program’s mission is to “Empower and inspire youth, families and our community to be impactful in the world through education and personal development.” The founder is Kevin Brannon, who started a TV show while attending Oxnard College and, some 25 years later, continues to produce it. Community partners include REEL ANGLERS Fishing Show, COMMUNITY KEVIN, and REEL RADIO With Kevin Brannon.
